Privacy Policy

Data Protection Regulations are followed. Consultation cards are stored for 7 years in a lockable cabinet and are kept safe, no information will be shared with any third parties. The consultation card is solely for use in your treatment and for us to make notes of pigments chosen and equipment used and for further appointments you may have with us.

We agree to keep Your personal data strictly in accordance with the Provisions of the Data Protection Act 1980 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. We are committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. Information collected will be used solely for the purposes of providing background information when contacting you to arrange appointments.

Gift vouchers: must be used within the time stated and cannot be exchanged for cash. Amy Wilson Cosmetic Studio cannot accept liability for lost gift cards.

Payment: A deposit will be taken to secure your booking and the remaining balance is payable on the day of initial treatment. We accept all debit and credit cards, cash and valid gift cards. We do not accept cheques.
