Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be made via the website, you will also find booking links on social media pages.
- Minimum age for treatments is [16/18]. Some treatments may require parental consent. Princess manicure is younger, a parent or guardian must be present.
A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before any tinting, lash, or permanent makeup treatment.
I advise pre-booking to avoid disappointment.
- Please note the salon door will be locked whilst we are in treatments, if you arrive and the door is locked please wait for someone to unlock it and let you in.
Cancellations, Lateness & No-Shows
We understand things can come up last minute however to protect the business we ask the following:
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least [24/48 hours] notice.
- Last minute Cancellations or No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost and future bookings may be refused.
- Arriving late for your appointment may result in the service being shortened or cancelled, payment will still be required.
Payments & Pricing
- Payments are due on the day of treatment.
- We accept cash and card payments.
- All prices are subject to change.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Health & Safety
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medications prior to treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatment if it is unsafe to proceed.
- Treatments are carried out at your own risk if medical information is withheld.
Aftercare & Results
- Aftercare advice will be provided and must be followed to achieve the best results.
- Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.
- Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and limit our liability.
Refunds & Complaints
- All treatments are non-refundable.
- If you are unhappy with your treatment, please notify us within [48 hours] so we can investigate and, where appropriate, offer a correction or adjustment.
Client Conduct
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs/alcohol, behaving inappropriately, or not following salon rules.
For safety reasons, children and pets should not be brought to appointments unless agreed in advance.
- Arriving early: to save waiting outside when the door is locked if we are in with the previous client please try not to arrive more then 10 minutes early.
- Please be mindful of parking we ask that you don’t park across residents drive ways. Please refrain from parking on the path outside the salon.
- As other therapists may be in treatments when you arrive and leave the salon please can we ask for a respectful volume when entering and leaving the salon.
Privacy & Data Protection
- All personal information is kept confidential in line with GDPR regulations.
- Your details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Before/after photographs may be taken with your consent for training or marketing purposes.
Liability & Insurance
- A Quiet SPAce is fully insured for all treatments provided.
- We are not liable for damage or injury caused by failure to disclose medical information or follow aftercare advice.
Illness Policy
- Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may put staff or clients at risk.
