Returns and Refund Policy
Sorry to hear something hasn’t worked out, let’s see if we can help. As per our T’s & C’s our skincare products cannot be returned nor exchanged for hygiene purposes on unwanted products. Our exception on this matter would be the result of an allergic reaction from any of our skincare products, however proof of reaction will need to be provided via e-mail to our customer services team to review. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items unwanted or for a change of mind.
In the unlikely event of your items arriving damaged or faulty an exchange or refund will be provided. Items must be returned unopened and unused. Please notify us of any damages or faults within 5 days of receiving the products via e-mail. Items will need to be returned to us in the original packaging for inspection within 14 days of receiving, along with the proof of purchase and contact details. Once you have returned the damaged or faulty product and we are satisfied, we will ship out a replacement product. When returning we recommend doing so by recorded delivery to ensure it is tracked and to make sure it reaches us and is not lost in transit. Your shipping charges will not be refunded. You will not incur further postal charges where products have been found to be damaged or faulty. Shipping charges will be waived if any mistakes are made on our part.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if delays occur with the courier as this is out of our control.
 If your items are returned to us after failure to deliver you are liable for the items to be reshipped. Please ensure your address has been entered correctly as non delivery of items due to incorrect address, the address being inaccessible and parcels not being collected at the depot will incur a charge for being reshipped.
We aim to make refunds back to you within 5-7 working days after we have received your parcel - this will be paid back onto the card the original payment was made from. This may take longer to reach your account.
